‘Thigh soreness to disabled list’ Bissett to return to big leagues on Sept. 9

Former All-Star shortstop Bo Bissett (Toronto Blue Jays) has returned to the big leagues ahead of the team’s game against the Kansas City Royals on Sept. 9 (KST), ESPN reported.

Bissett was removed from the game against the Cleveland Cavaliers on March 28 after feeling pain in his right quadriceps (thigh) while running the bases and was placed on the 30-day disabled list.

Bissett is batting .301 (152-for-484) with 18 home runs, 62 RBIs, 54 runs scored and an OPS of .832 this season.

The outlet notes, “Toronto has gone 6-3 since Bissett was placed on the disabled list, facing teams in the bottom half of the standings, including the Washington Nationals, Colorado Rockies, and Oakland Athletics. A series against the Kansas City Royals is up next, followed by a four-game series against wild-card contender Texas Rangers.”바카라사이트
