“KIM buyout? It’s the level of change to a big club”… 伊 Press, diagnosis of Kim Min-jae’s contract renewal as ‘the most urgent’

It has been confirmed that the widely known buyout clause for Kim Min-jae (SSC Napoli) varies depending on the club to sign.

Reporter Gianluca Di Marzio, who is well versed in Italian soccer news, reported in an interview with Italy’s ‘Sky Sports 24’ on the 30th (Korean time) that “Kim Min-jae’s contract has a two-step buyout clause.”

Kim Min-jae is regarded as one of the world’s best defenders, surpassing Italy’s Serie A, one of Europe’s five major leagues, while making a big success with Naples this season. 안전놀이터

Even though it has not yet been a year since joining Napoli, Kim Min-jae is expected to heat up the upcoming summer transfer market, and the buyout clause in Kim Min-jae’s contract had a great impact.

It is known that Kim Min-jae’s contract includes a buyout of 50 million euros (approximately 70.9 billion won), valid only for clubs outside of Italy from July 1 to 15.

Reporter Di Marzio provided more detailed information on the terms of Kim Min-jae’s buyout, while it is evaluated as a cheap price compared to Kim Min-jae’s skills and evaluation this season.

Di Marzio explained, “Currently, the most urgent thing for Napoli is the renewal of Kim Min-jae’s contract. There is no buyout clause in the Hvica Kvarachhelia contract, but Kim Min-jae has a two-step buyout clause.”

He added, “If it is not the top (top) club, it is 50 million euros (about 70.9 billion won), but the top club has to pay 70 million euros (99.2 billion won) to recruit Kim Min-jae.”

It is not clear whether the criteria for the ‘top club’ that Di Marzio refers to depends on the club’s sales or performance.

However, it is speculated that 70 million euros (99.2 billion won) will not be a big burden since Manchester United, Liverpool, and Tottenham Hotspur, which are all mentioned to be interested in signing Kim Min-jae, are all world-class clubs.

Regarding Kim Min-jae’s buyout, Di Marzio argued, “The amount of Kim Min-jae’s buyout, which Napoli coach Luciano Spalletti considers to be the best defender in the world, is like change for Premier League teams.”

He also said, “So, if Napoli can sign a new contract with Kim Min-jae to remove that clause or increase the amount, the problems can be eliminated as much as possible.”
