Daejeon recruits defender Anton from ‘Azerbaijan national team’

Daejeon Hana Citizen recruited defender Anton Kryvotsyuk from the Azerbaijan national team.

Anton made his professional debut in 2016 with Neftchi Baku, Azerbaijan’s first division club, and moved to Polish first division club Wisla Plock in 2021. He played in 134 career games with both teams, tallying 13 points and 6 assists. At the time of playing for Nephchi, he also has experience winning the league and participating in the Europa League. He also went through the Azerbaijan U17, U19 and U21 age groups and holds the record of 27 A-match appearances for the Azerbaijan national team since 2019. 안전놀이터

Anton, who boasts a solid physique of 186cm / 76kg, has a high RBI header, air power, and interpersonal mark ability. He is tactically versatile as a left-footed central defender and can also be used as a left-back full-back. He is also a defender, but he is also good at joining the attack through active overlapping. Even in his last three years, he appeared in 72 games and recorded 10 offensive points (6 points and 4 assists).

Anton said, “As I joined the team late, I will try to melt into the team more quickly through active communication with my teammates. Last year, I heard that this season is a very important year for Daejeon after being promoted to the first division after 8 years. Yes. We will do our best to help our team move toward higher goals and visions.”
