Baseball team players, ‘Every meal Korean food’ during the joint training period

Reporter Jang Hyeon-gu = The World Baseball Classic (WBC) Korean baseball team, who stayed at a luxury resort in Tucson, Arizona, on the 15th (Korean time), consisted of 18 dishes including salads and side dishes. Enjoyed a sumptuous dinner.

Familiar Korean dishes such as grilled beef, grilled deodeok, hamburger steak, cucumber salad, and kimchi are carefully prepared.

There is a reason why the Korea Baseball Organization (KBO), which supports the national team, chose a luxury resort in the mountains, where the price of a room for a day alone is over 300,000 won, as the national team’s accommodation.

Unlike other hotels, it was possible to cook Korean food in the resort kitchen.

The KBO secretariat signed a contract with a Korean food cooking agent residing in the United States through an agency in order to whet the appetite of the national team with a strong heart.

When they reached the semifinals at the 2nd WBC in 2009, a Korean cook helped the Taegeuk warriors at the hotel in Los Angeles, California, USA.

The KBO Secretariat, which has been sponsoring representative players with a ‘catering’ service, where food is prepared and set at an outside restaurant during training camps and WBC tournaments, has been providing food cooked at the accommodation for the players and coaches for the first time in 14 years ahead of the WBC. decided to give it to 바카라

So, the expectations for this competition are high.

The Korea Football Association dispatches Korean cooks to the World Cup, the world’s largest single event, to provide food that combines nutrition and taste to Taegeuk warriors.

In baseball, there is no big event comparable to the World Cup soccer tournament except for the WBC, and there is no facility where national players camp and train together, so of course there is no cook who knows the players’ tastes well.

Fortunately, we were able to fill the gap in support thanks to early inquiry in the US and contracts with cooking agents who would boost the morale of the players with ‘mother’s touch’.

WBC representative players eat Korean food every meal during the 12-day joint training session in Tucson.

Breakfast and dinner are served at the resort, and Korean food cooked at the resort is delivered to the baseball field for lunch.
